This chair is made of rattan with a frame made from black metal. It has a very comfortable seat. The rattan is in great condition.
Dirk van Sliedregt was of the same generation as designers such as Friso Kramer and Benno Premsela. At a time when many young designers were engaged in industrial mass production, he pleaded for craftsmanship.
